The differentiator

AI-assisted product building

The part that surprises people: I ship my own products end to end with AI, from prototype to live site, and built PAPI to run the process.

  1. 01

    The problem

AI assistants lose context between sessions. Every restart means re-explaining the project first.

  2. 02

    What it is

An MCP server that plugs into AI coding assistants like Claude Code. It keeps every project's plan, decisions, and build history in its own database, and runs each one through a plan, build, review cycle, so a fresh session picks up exactly where the last one stopped.

  3. 03

    The result

It runs every project here, including this page. The figures above are its own build record.
